Millers Window Cleaning — Service Terms

Minimum Term & Frequency

By signing up, you agree to a minimum of six consecutive cleans (usually carried out on a 4-weekly schedule) for at least one property.

After the initial six cleans, your plan continues on a rolling monthly agreement until you pause or cancel.


Reminders & Access

We’ll send you an automated reminder a few days before each visit so you can ensure access to the property is available (gates unlocked, windows closed, etc.).

If access won’t be possible, please let us know before the morning of your clean so we can reallocate your slot. This also gives us time to cancel that cycle’s payment.


Weather Policy

We clean in all weather conditions, except when temperatures are below 0°C or during severe weather that makes cleaning unsafe. If we must postpone, we’ll reschedule you as soon as possible.


Quality Guarantee

All work is guaranteed for 24 hours. If you notice any issues, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to put it right.


Payments

We accept Direct Debit, bank transfer, or cash.

If you notify us 48 hours before the morning of your clean that access won’t be available, we’ll cancel that clean and its payment.


Cancellations

To cancel your service, please email or WhatsApp us at least 48 hours before the day of your clean.

We cannot accept same-day cancellations because your slot will already be allocated on the round and the visit will be chargeable.

The initial commitment is six cleans; after that, it’s a rolling monthly agreement.
